On behalf of the Pembrokeshire point to point, I would like to thank all the sponsors for making this day possible. I think we have managed to raise a record prize money for wales. We have a nice entry and thank you too everyone who will hopefully have a runner. Last meeting in Wales this season. It’s not long to go now to the Welsh International meeting at Ffynnon Druidion, Goodwick Nr. Fishguard post code SA64 0LD.

The meeting takes place on Friday 22nd May, first race off at 2pm for the six-race card.

A great initiative to try to attract horses from the other side of the Irish sea. The racing community in West Wales are really pulling the stops out to make the Welsh International point-to-point a success.

This will be the second Welsh International meeting, the first was at Trecoed two years ago, moving to Ffynnon Druidion last year. This year the car parking will be much closer to the action, great viewing of the course and the Pembrokeshire beautiful coast.

The ground has been spiked in anticipation of the forecast of rain.

Entries closed at 3pm on Thursday 14th May for Irish horses and 12.30 on Monday for UK entries.
