A well known raw company (not one that I stock) is going to be available via one of the supermarket chains - clearly doorstepping & aggressively pushing subscriptions wasnt working for them 😳
Great for consumer convenience but you lose a lot when buying from a supermarket. The majority of independent dog shops are run by people who have a huge amount of knowledge & experience, they can advise you on what's best for your dog.
Most independent dog shops don't simply sell you stuff, we not only care about what you are buying but why you are buying it - we can tell you if there is something better/more effective/cheaper, we can tell you what will help certain health issues your dog might have or what will aggravate it.
If we can't get you a product, we can try & get it for you, offer alternatives or better yet, tell you where you can get it because most independents support each other.
Supermarkets might sell it cheaper, for a while at least, but they won't be able to give you advice, offer full ranges, help you with alternatives, they won't care about your woofit, hell they dont even offer free delivery! They only care about profit margins.
