Saddlesdane Equestrian Supplies is more than just a tack shop. We are a family run business established in 2001 and situated in Baddlesmere on the A251 between Ashford and Faversham in Kent. We provide our customers with a range of high quality products from a variety of different leading brands along with excellent levels of customer service. We cater for all levels of rider from novice to profes

sional and provide an exclusive hat and body protector fitting service. All staff have an extensive knowledge of the products on sale and are able to give technical advice when needed. Having trouble finding the time to travel to us, have a look at our well-established website. Place your order before 12pm and we will dispatch your order to you on the same day. If you cannot find what you are looking for, ring us with any queries. Alternatively use Click and Collect to reserve stock as it arrives in store. Have the time, come along and visit our raised indoor café overlooking our 60x20 indoor arena. Enjoy a cup of coffee and a slice of homemade cake while treating yourself and your horse. Bring your mum to visit the Craft and Wool shop on premises. Don’t want to bring your mum, bring your husband to visit the Country store on premises. In addition we have all year round indoor and outdoor arena facilities, some of the best facilities in the South East all available for hire at competitive rates. We hold events from BD, unaffiliated dressage, Jumping, Showing, Carriage Driving, Boots Fairs, Dog agility and clinics from a variety of renowned trainers. We also offer parking whilst you hack on the beautiful bridle paths around the surrounding countryside. Please visit our website for up to date event dates. 🐴 WE’RE HIRING! – FULL-TIME EQUESTRIAN RETAIL ASSISTANT 🐴
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable person with good equestrian product knowledge and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

⏰ 4/5 days a week | 8.30am–5pm | Includes one weekend day

The role includes:
✨ Providing excellent face-to-face customer service and product advice
💻 Processing purchase orders on our computer systems
📦 Receiving, checking and putting away stock
🏷️ Pricing, displaying and merchandising products
🛍️ Keeping the shop tidy, organised and well presented
💻 Assisting with general computer and admin tasks

We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ Good maths and English skills
✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔️ Good computer skills
✔️ Strong attention to detail
✔️ Knowledge of equestrian products and brands, ideally including brands we stock
✔️ Previous retail/customer service experience preferred
✔️ A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in!
