Hello there. Could you share the post with the lost cat?

🐾 LOST CAT – WILLOW AVENUE 🐾

Dolly is a small black female cat who went outside early on Friday, 7th August, and sadly hasn’t come home since. She has always come back home at night, so this is very unusual for her.

She is very skittish and frightened of people, so she may hide or run away if approached. She is not microchipped.

If anyone has seen Dolly, or has any information about where she might be, please send me a message. Even if you’re not sure it was her, please let me know - any information could help. ❤️

Please also keep an eye out in gardens, sheds, garages and other small hiding places around Willow Avenue and the surrounding area.

Can I just reiterate our policy at Zee
Ms pet supplies and dog grooming Fauldhouse.
On the day no shows which include less than 24hrs notice.
Not showing has such an impact on us. We have to deduct this from our weekly wage.
Imagine if 10 people just didn't show in a week. (Before implementing this no show on the day payment there were times we had as many as 10 no shows in a week), Thats 40% of our wages given we groom 5 dogs a day on average.
As well as our wages, a percentage goes to our rent, electricity and supplies allowing us to do our job.
Please don't be offended when we ask you to pay for the groom.
Its a booking system.
Once the space is filled we have to turn people away or give them later dates because no space.
If you don't show, we have no chance of filling the space, so why should we loose a percentage of our pay.
We don't do that to offend you, we have this policy to ensure all our expenses are covered.
Please be considered of or predicament.
And trust us we would rather groom your dog than just take your money.
On occasion we might have to ask you to reschedule, this more likely would be because one of us is unwell or something g has come up making it impossible for us to work that day. We always try our best to accommodate and reschedule for you if you need us to do that also. We understand life happens but we also are running a little business and want that to succeed.

is that we offer a one to one service for every dog.
You and your dog are welcomed by Mary or Zara a mother and daughter little team.

At every visit, we like to check in with our customer to assess their requirement for your dogs groom. And check in that the dog has no health or behavioral concerns.

Your dog is not in a queue waiting for their groom.
Your dog receives one to one attention from the moment they arrive, and throughout their time with us.
We have a lot of experience working with dogs who are challenging.
This is normally due to your dog being nervous.

We make it clear, that dog owners are not permitted to be in the building during their groom.
This is because when you are there, we don't have your dogs full attention.
They naturally want to be with you.

Many dogs on arrival might show a lot of reluctance to come in, making you anxious and worried that they are scared and nervous.
But in all honesty, 99 times out of 100, the moment you leave, they are wagging their tails and follow us through to the salon to begin their groom.
FYI Zara, each time the little fur babies do this it reminds me of you going to nursery ha ha.
