I've added a picture of the water that sits on top of the waxed surface after rain, this is because of the wax content and not because of a drainage issue, it does go through but slower than normal. To be honest it did catch me out on the lunge pen a few years ago but I've been educated now 😉

Very good news this week, Jacks done his job. 3 mares scanned in foal. Very exciting for these to arrive 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Just taken delivery of another 156 bales of miscanthus horse bedding from Unibed. They have being supplying us for the past 4 years after we decided to stop using conventional straw bedding. We use this alongside straw pellets from Agripellets and have dramatically reduced the size of our muck heap. Also unibed include recycling of all plastic and take the used pallets back with them, a bedding system that is working well for us and our full liveries 😀

it's fair to say it took us a while choosing all these jumps, inspiration came from our love of miniature dachshunds, our farming history, Geoff's football team and well the polo one just looks cool!! Surface is still amazing, rain is now forecast but it is still riding really well considering the lack of rain it has recieved. Arena is available to liveries at a discounted rate or you can hire via the website
