Meet Bruce! 🐾❀️

This handsome Staffordshire Bull Terrier is an absolute soppy boy, but today was all about going at his pace and building that vital trust.

Our first walk together was a lesson in patience and small baby steps! Bruce’s routine today: jump out of the car, walk a few paces, turn right back to the car, and repeatβ€”until he was ready to let his guard down with me. By taking things slow, we turned uncertainty into reassurance, finishing up with lots of gentle strokes and endless loving.

Building a bond with a new dog isn’t about how far you walk; it’s about making them feel safe, understood, and comfortable every step of the way. I can’t wait to see this sweet boy grow in confidence on our next adventure! πŸ₯°πŸΆβœ¨

I had the pleasure of looking after Dolly and her two kittens, Boone the Black Lab, Frankie the Dachshund, Evie the other kitty, plus ducks, chickens AND two tortoises! πŸΆπŸ±πŸ±πŸ¦†πŸ”πŸ’πŸ’

While the humans were off getting married, I made sure their whole farmyard family was happy, safe and well cared for. ❀️

It was the first time they had ever left them all, so it meant so much knowing they could fully relax and enjoy their special day (and night!) without having to worry about a thing. πŸ₯ΉπŸ’•

I absolutely loved being part of their special weekend and getting to care for such a gorgeous bunch! 🐾✨
