HOW DO YOU KEEP YOUR DOG COOL?

Well as many people ask me here's what I swear by:

1. Walk BEFORE 8am (on these hot days 8am is already 20⁰c)
2. Walk LATE evening. They won't die from missing one walk but they might die from that walk midday.
3. Little splash pool. Throw some ice cubes in there or some treats to entice them in if you need.
4. Pet cooling towel. Very cheap and very effective.
5. Animate Dog Cooling Coat. Fantastic coat, pour water on and it's icy.

Don't waste your time with the cool mats or beds or other types of coats as they're just pants.

Now if you did a good job and got this far you get to meet Eeva...we got a puppy 🥺

Don't just scroll on by, pay attention to this post. The temp has gotten roasting again. PLEASE do NOT walk your dogs in these temperatures.

Early mornings and late evenings are suitable. Anything in the middle is a no go. Think of them first - not whether you might enjoy a nice stroll in the heat.
