🐾 Daphne’s Spay Day! 🐾

Daphne came in for her spay and decided to make herself right at home before surgery! 🥰 She was quite happy sitting beside the computer mouse, supervising everything going on in the prep room. 👀💻

We think she may have been checking that everyone was doing their jobs properly! 😂💕

What a lovely, chilled out girl - she was such a star. 🌟

This gorgeous English Bulldog puppy came in for his first visit with Vet Bianca and wasted no time making himself right at home! 🥰

Hughie was such a lovely little boy and was more than happy to explore his new surroundings, soak up some attention and make himself comfortable with the team. 🐾

We loved meeting you, Hughie, and we can’t wait to watch you grow! 💕

A whole lot of puppy cuddles in the practice today! 🐶🤍

We had this gorgeous litter of Maltese puppies in for their first visit, accompanied by their lovely breeder. They were all in for their health checks, microchipping and first vaccinations, and they were absolute little superstars! 🥰🐾

Responsible breeding doesn’t stop when puppies are born. Making sure puppies receive appropriate veterinary checks, vaccinations and microchips before going to their new homes is an important part of giving them the best possible start in life. It also gives their new families peace of mind that their new little family member has been checked over and is starting their life well protected. 💕

We loved meeting this adorable bunch and wish them all the very best for their next adventures with their new families! 🐾✨

A big welcome to little Fern! 🐾💕

Fern came in to see us today for her first vaccination and was an absolute little superstar! 🥰 She got to meet lots of new faces, enjoy plenty of cuddles and have a little explore while she was here.

Fern has also joined our Healthcare Plan (HPC) and has 4 weeks of free insurance, so she’s off to a great start with her healthcare all sorted! 💗🐶

We loved meeting you, Fern, and can’t wait to see you again soon! 🐾✨

🐾 Staff Pet Bravery! 🐾

Vet Evelyn’s lovely girl Xanthe unfortunately picked up a cut on her foot during one of her woodland adventures. 🌲🐶

She was such a brave girl and happily obliged when it came to having her wound stapled, especially with the promise of plenty of biscuits and cuddles! 🥰🍪

And, of course, no brave patient leaves without a Bravery Certificate! 🏆💕

Well done, Xanthe - you were the very best girl! 🐾✨

Handsome Leo the Chocolate Labrador came in to see us after developing some lameness in one of his back legs. 🐾🤎

After some X-rays, we discovered that Leo has unfortunately ruptured his cruciate ligament. The cruciate ligament is an important band of tissue inside the knee that helps keep the joint stable. When it ruptures, the knee can become painful and unstable, often causing lameness. 🩻

Leo is now booked in for surgery with our orthopaedic vet, Rachel, who will be helping to get him back on all four paws. 💙🐶

We’ll keep you updated on Leo’s journey and recovery, so watch this space! 🥰

Wishing you lots of luck for your surgery, Leo! 🍀🐾
