🐶🌿 Tick Awareness for Your Dogs 🌿🐶
With the warmer weather coming in, ticks are becoming more active — especially in grassy, woodland, and countryside areas 🌳
At Kellys Tails & Trails, your dog’s safety is always our top priority, so here are a few important tips to keep your furry friends protected 👇
✔️ Always keep your dog up to date with tick prevention treatments
✔️ Check your dog after every walk — especially around ears, neck, belly & paws
✔️ Avoid long grass where possible
✔️ Use a proper tick remover if you find one (never pull them off with fingers)
Ticks can carry diseases, so quick removal is really important ⚠️
We always do visual checks after walks, but it’s important owners check again at home too 🏡
