It is with a heavy heart that we have made the decision for Swift to retire from her role as a therapy dog ❤️

Following our recent departure from TDN, my intention was to arrange private insurance so that Swift could continue her therapy work. However, due to her ongoing health issues, I feel that now is the right time for us to step away.

For the past 2½ years, therapy work has been such a significant part of our lives. We have been welcomed so warmly and embraced like family by the wonderful people and places we have visited. I cannot thank everyone enough for the kindness, support, and friendship you have shown us along the way.

We leave with so many treasured memories. Watching Swift bring comfort, smiles, and happiness to others has been one of the greatest joys and privileges of my life. Seeing the positive impact she has had on so many people is something I will always be incredibly proud of.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of this journey with us. Swift sends her love and licks to everyone she has met ❤️

Barney absolutely blew us away today. I think we're still in shock because he let me do pretty much everything that needed doing (his hooman brother had already done his ears 😍) and then he let me cut his nails 😁 Not bothered at all and I can't stop smiling. This is the boy who didn't even let me touch him when he first came to me. I'm so proud of how far he has come ❤️
