❗️Updates to prices and policies❗️
Just a post to let everyone know that now we are in April, we will be implementing a price increase across our services due to continuing increases to supply and running costs. These increases will bring our starting prices up as follows for breed sizes:
🐾 small breeds starting from £40
🐾 medium breeds starting from £45
🐾 large breeds starting from £50
🐾 extra large breeds starting from £55
Please note these are starting prices for basic short grooms and tidy ups, and this price can increase from here for longer length clips and de-sheds. Price and groom as always will be dependent on the dogs coat condition and behaviour. If any existing clients would like to confirm their new price in advance of appointments, please don’t hesitate to drop us a message and we will let you know.
Also, some of you are already aware of our new terms and conditions going into place over the past month. Some of you have signed these already, if not these will need to be signed at your next drop off. To make it clear for everybody, the following changes have been made:
✔️Cancellation policy extended to 48 hours - unfortunately we’ve had increasing last minute rescheduling and cancellations for some time now. When this happens, we are often unable to fill that appointment slot as it is too short notice for people to get their dogs to us. We have extended this to 48 hours in the hopes we have a little more time to fill any last minute slots, and cancellation or changing of appointment within the 48hr time frame may require a fee of 50% before further appointments will be made.
✔️Late drop off and pick up - due to us operating a one on one environment for our more anxious dogs, we have to stick to strict appointment times to ensure we do not not have dogs overlapping. Dropping off any later than 15 minutes after your appointment time will result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee will be charged. We will also be implementing late pick up fees, as late collection results in us having to push back our next dogs. These fees will be £5 per 15 minutes over your agreed collection time. (Eg. 15-30 minutes after time + £5 / 30-45 minutes + £10 etc.)
Thank you all for your understanding with these changes so far, and for trusting us with your pups. We hope to keep seeing all of your lovely dogs, but we completely understand if you need to cancel any future appointments you have booked with us as a result of these changes. If you need to cancel, we ask that you please reach out as soon as possible and let us know. Equally if you would like to book in then please message us as we are currently fully booked until mid June.
