Dear K9 Paws n Play customers,

We have been made aware that the following email wasn't recieved by clients back in January. Please accept our appologies that this now seems short notice. We are hoping this reaches you all….

We’d like to inform you that from the 10th March 2026 we will no longer be running the business form our premises on Tolworth Broadway. If you have booked ahead we will be in touch if anything needs to be amended. Please note all bookings will be at our new premises KT19 9SQ

Due to increases in utilities and rent we have decided not to renew our lease.

This has been a hard decision but we want to reassure you all that we will be continuing to run as K9 Paws n Play just from a different location for now. We will be based within Lou’s dog grooming salon but will be running independently with our own booking and payment system.

Bookings remain the same along with contact information, just a change to mobile number instead of a landline. Please note the landline is no longer in use.

If you have any questions please get in touch.

We are very sad to say goodbye to the shop but… it’s just 4 walls. The team and our wonderfully loyal clients are what make K9 Paws n Play.
