Happy 2nd birthday, Opa. 🎉

Opa, one of our Pygmy Marmosets recently turned two, and we had to celebrate with some of their favourite enrichment treats, cake-shaped of course!

Pygmy Marmosets are the smallest monkeys in the world, native to the rainforests of South America. Despite their tiny size, they’re agile climbers and spend much of their time moving through the trees.

If you’d like to find out more about these fascinating animals during your visit to All Things Wild, our incredible zoo team are always on hand to share their knowledge and answer your questions. 💚

Wednesdays are for the over-60s! 💚

Every Wednesday, visitors aged 60 and over can enjoy All Things Wild for just £5 with our Senior Wednesday offer.

There’s plenty to enjoy at our zoo, from animal encounters to a visit to our café for a bite to eat. With seating areas around the park and accessibility information available on our website to help you plan your visit, you can take your time and enjoy the day at your own pace.

Join us TOMORROW for our final Toddler Tuesday before October Half Term!

Why not come in your favourite Halloween outfit and join in with some Halloween-themed messy play as well as discovering how to make and launch your very own conker rockets.

Toddler Tuesday activities are included at no extra cost with general admission, and under-threes go free. Just book your general admission tickets as usual to join in the fun.

Our seven little capybaras are growing in confidence every day and are now excitedly joining in with our capybara experiences and spending time with our zoo team.

We’re loving getting to know their individual personalities as they continue to explore and discover more about the world around them.

We couldn’t resist sharing these lovely moments of our little ones enjoying some tickles from our zookeeper team, Laura, and Leah. 🥹It looks like they're rather enjoying the attention!

Ho, ho, hello, everyone! 🎅

I’m getting my sleigh ready, checking my list and making sure everything is just right for Christmas… and I have some very exciting news!

This year, there are TWO ways you can come and visit me at All Things Wild!

Join me from Saturday 28th November 2026 for a magical festive day out where you can explore the park, visit your favourite animals, enjoy Christmas crafts, reindeer food making and marshmallow toasting, all included with your Christmas At The Zoo Day Pass.

And, of course, you can add a special visit to my grotto to say hello! Every child aged one and over who visits me will receive a gift to take home. 🎁

Or, if you're looking for a festive visit with a little extra time to play, join me for a dedicated Santa & Soft Play session from Friday 4th December 2026. Little ones can enjoy time in the soft play area before visiting me in my grotto and receiving a special gift. It’s a lovely way to enjoy some Christmas magic in a more focused session.
