The “huggers” … different dogs, in principle the same idea, however used and understood differently by every dog….
Whilst the technique is spectacular to watch…there are certain areas which can be speculated as a decoy…
Some dogs wrap the leg the entire time, others wrap it when the decoy gets to the obstacle and starts using it….some hug the leg from the knee up whilst others attach very close to the ankle as low as possible to the ground…

Now… is this truly escorting or has it become an obedience exercise for the dog, because they will have two different purposes for the dog….

Being present on the highest stages of the sport I love, mondioring has not been an easy journey and not one single milestone i ve reached wouldn’t have been possible without my wife Raisa Anghel.
