🦎💚 SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL HAS BEEN HAPPENING BEHIND THE SCENES AT EPPING REEF…

We've got some exciting news from one of our very own breeding projects!

Our baby Jackson's chameleons have arrived!🥹💚

There's something incredibly rewarding about seeing a breeding project reach this stage. Behind every successful arrival are months of preparation, careful husbandry and making sure the animals have the right environment and care.

These little chameleons are a very special milestone for us, and we're delighted to be able to share a glimpse of them with you.

Jackson's chameleons are fascinating animals, and even as tiny youngsters, they have so much character. 🦎

We'll be keeping a close eye on the little ones as they grow and develop, and we're looking forward to sharing more of their journey with you!

❤️ We're proud to share not just the animals we care for, but some of the work that happens behind the scenes here at Epping Reef & Reptiles.

👇 CHAMELEON FANS — who's as excited about these little arrivals as we are?

😂🐾 PET OWNERS… WE NEED TO TALK.

There are certain things that only other pet owners will understand…

🐶 Spending £30 on toys for your dog, only for their favourite toy to be an old sock.

🐠 Buying a beautiful aquarium, then finding yourself staring at it for half an hour instead of doing the jobs you were supposed to do.

🦎 Going to check on your reptiles and somehow spending the next hour watching them do absolutely nothing.

🐦 Buying the best food available, only for your bird to throw half of it on the floor.

🐱 And explaining to non-pet owners why you have hundreds of photos of the same animal doing almost exactly the same thing. 😂

But honestly, we wouldn't have it any other way. ❤️

Working with animals means there's always something to learn, something to laugh about and something new to discover.

And that's one of the things we love most about what we do at Epping Reef & Reptiles!

👇 YOUR TURN!

What's the most ridiculous thing you've bought for your pet… and did they actually use it?

We want to hear your stories! 😂

✨🐠 ANOTHER LITTLE IMPROVEMENT AT EPPING REEF!🐠✨

It's the little details that make a difference! 👀

Today, we've had our new branded entrance mat installed, bringing another finishing touch to the ongoing improvements we're making around the shop. 💙

It might seem like a small thing, but it's all part of something bigger…

We're constantly looking at how we can improve Epping Reef & Reptiles — making the store look better, improving the shopping experience and creating a place we're genuinely proud for our customers to visit.

From improvements around the shop to new stock, fresh ideas and exciting things happening behind the scenes, we're always working on what's next.

And we're nowhere near finished! 😉

We want Epping Reef to keep getting better and better, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who supports us along the way. ❤️

So next time you're passing through Epping High Street, pop in and see what we're all about!

❤️🐠 ANOTHER WEEKEND DONE… AND WE JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU!

Running an independent pet shop means there's always something to do — tanks to maintain, animals to care for, stock to organise, customers to help and approximately a million other little jobs! 😂

But what makes it worthwhile is our community.

To everyone who pops in for their usual supplies, comes to see the fish, asks us questions about their pets, discovers the shop for the first time or recommends us to a friend — thank you.❤️

We love being able to offer something a little different here at Epping Reef & Reptiles, from aquatics and reptiles to pet supplies, grooming and trading cards.

And there's always something new around the corner!

🐠 New arrivals.
🪸 Exciting things coming for marine keepers.
🦎 Our own breeding projects progressing behind the scenes.

We'll keep sharing it all with you.

💬 Before the new week starts, tell us: what would you love to see more of on our page?

More fish and coral? Reptile updates? Behind-the-scenes videos? New stock previews?

We'd genuinely love to hear from you. 👇

Have a lovely Sunday evening, everyone! ❤️

🪸👀 A LITTLE LOOK BEHIND THE SCENES…

Recently, we had the opportunity to visit tropicalmarinecentre, one of our main marine suppliers, where we were invited to a private event to see some exciting new products and get a glimpse of what's coming next!

And, of course, we couldn't resist taking a few photos along the way. 🐠💙

The marine displays were fantastic, and it's always exciting to see what's developing in the world of marine aquatics.

We're constantly looking for ways to improve our range and bring interesting new products to our customers here in Epping.

There's plenty to look forward to, and we'll share more as new goodies make their way into the shop!

🪸 For our marine and reef-keeping community: we want to know what you're interested in.

Are you passionate about colourful LPS corals, SPS collections, unusual marine fish or something completely different?
