And that's (probably!) a wrap on shows for Mr Slobberchops this year! 🎃🐾

We had a lovely weekend at Pumpkins in the Park, surrounded by gorgeous dogs, lovely people and some absolutely enormous pumpkins! 😂

As the busy flea and tick season winds down, it was a lovely way to round off our show season. We met so many new faces, had some great conversations and loved introducing Mr Slobberchops to people who hadn't come across us before.

A big thank you to the organisers and everyone who stopped by to say hello! 💚

Mr Slobberchops is going full pumpkin spice 🎃🐾

We’ll be at Pumpkins in the Park on 17th & 18th October at Royal Victoria Country Park.

We’re so excited for this one 🐾💛

Mr Slobberchops will be at the Charity Dog Show in Buriton on this Sunday 20th September, supporting the lovely Phoenix Rehoming!

There'll be, stalls, games, show classes and ofcourse lots of dogs... basically our favourite kind of day!
We’ll be bringing lots of Slobberchops favourites with us, so come and say hello, stock up, and support a brilliant cause while you’re there.

With more drizzly days on the way, here’s a fun dog fact… ☔

Rain can make the world smell much more interesting to dogs. Moisture helps scent particles stick around and sit closer to the ground, which means every lamppost, blade of grass and suspicious pavement patch can suddenly become breaking news.

But while the smells might be exciting, the sound of rain can be a bit much for some dogs. That constant pattering noise can blur into background “static”, making it harder for them to pick out the normal sounds they use to feel settled.

So if your dog walks slower, sniffs more, or looks personally offended by drizzle… they’re not being dramatic...
Well, maybe just a little bit 😂🐾

Autumn walks are creeping in!!! Cooler days, longer sniffs, muddier paws, and yes, fleas and ticks still being annoying little freeloaders 😂

Our Don’t Bug Me Now range is made for dogs of all shapes, and the owners who would quite like fewer unwanted passengers coming home... Because autumn should be for snuggling, not scratching 🥰

Lead, poo bags, treats, water bottle… and your Don’t Bug Me Now spray, all kept by the door ready for walk time.... Because once the dog knows you’re going out, there is no time for searching through the cupboards 😂

Mr Slobberchops is coming to Bark at Staunton Park🐾🌿

We’ll be there with Mary Puppins on Sunday 6th September, 10am–4pm at Staunton Country Park, and we’ll be bringing plenty of Mr Slobberchops products with us too.

It’s a family-friendly day for dog lovers, with stalls, activities, demonstrations, and a fun dog show... so basically a lovely excuse to spend the day surrounded by dogs 😂

Why amber bottles? 🤎🐾

Very glamorous behind-the-scenes content today… a bulk delivery of empty bottles 😂
But there is a reason our Don’t Bug Me Now sprays are in amber bottles, and it’s not just because they look nice!

The amber colour helps protect what’s inside from light exposure, which is especially useful when you’re working with natural, plant-based ingredients.
We still recommend storing them sensibly ~ away from direct sunlight and heat where possible ~ but the little details matter.
