VACANCY – STORESPERSON / STOREMAN
Team Sprayers Ltd – Witchford, Ely, Cambridgeshire
Team Sprayers Ltd is a family-owned British manufacturer of agricultural, horticultural and ground-care sprayers. Established in 1981, we are looking for a reliable and organised Storesperson/Storeman to join our team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be ensuring materials and components are received, stored and issued efficiently to support production.
Key Responsibilities
• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries.
• Loading and unloading goods safely.
• Checking quantities and reporting discrepancies.
• Organising and maintaining stock levels.
• Picking and issuing parts and materials to production.
• Keeping accurate stock records.
• Carrying out regular stock checks.
• Preparing goods for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe stores area.
• Working closely with the production and purchasing teams.
The Ideal Candidate
• Previous stores, warehouse or stock-control experience is desirable.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift experience/licence would be an advantage.
• Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
