📱 A little update from Pawsitive Pet Care 🐾

Well… paper diary 1 – air con unit 0. 😂🤦‍♀️

After my paper diary got soaked, I’ve decided it’s finally time to move into the digital age!

I’m aiming to have the new digital booking system live by the weekend. In the meantime, please bear with me while I work my way through all the bookings already in place.

Don’t worry – all existing appointments will stay exactly the same. 🐶❤️

If you’re currently waiting for an appointment, I promise I am getting through everything as quickly as I can. If you have any questions or queries in the meantime, please just get in touch.

Hopefully this will make bookings much easier for everyone going forward – and slightly less vulnerable to rogue air con units! 😂

I’m sorry if I’ve been a little slower than usual at replying or getting back to messages recently. My oldest dog has been poorly, so I’m juggling things a bit at the moment while making sure she’s okay.

Since coming back from holidays, it’s been a tough week behind the scenes 💔

I’ve had 4 no-shows for appointments, and as a small business, this has a big impact. Each slot is time set aside especially for your dog — when it’s missed without notice, it can’t be filled and means lost income.

I completely understand that life happens, but I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or rearrange, please give as much notice as possible. Even a quick message makes such a difference and allows me to offer the space to someone else who may be waiting.

Thank you so much to all my lovely, loyal clients who always support and respect my time — it truly means everything 🤍
Going forward, I may need to be a bit stricter with my cancellation/no-show policy to protect the business and keep things running smoothly.
