A stray black Poodle has been found in the Ollerton area this morning and has been collected by our Dog Warden. It has been dropped off at Carlton Forest Boarding Kennels.

"Important Notice: Booking and Cancellation Policy (Christmas 2025)

I regret having to post this, but due to high demand, I am fully booked until the end of January 2026. If you're in need of my dog grooming services and don't have an appointment scheduled, I'll be maintaining a waiting list in case of cancellations. Please note that cancellation notices will typically be last-minute.

To ensure fairness and business viability, I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. However, for the month of December, I kindly request 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice or missing appointments will incur a 100% charge of the booked service. Unpaid fees for missed appointments will result in removal from my client list, and I won't be able to schedule future appointments.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this busy period. Payments are due on the date of the booked service. If you're interested in being added to the waiting list, please don't hesitate to contact me."
