Little Bruce is an excitable and loving young boy who likes the sound of his own voice. He must have company most of the time and a garden to play in.

Bruce can be an overly friendly little guy, he is very excitable when meeting people. He barks at cats and loud noises, probably because he is scared of them.

He wears a harness but can pull on the lead. Bruce has been walking off-lead a little, and his recall is okay.

Bruce is well behaved at the vets. He can be left at home for a few hours. Bruce is happy to be washed and brushed at home and has been to the groomers with no issues.

Bruce really loves playing with his toys and plastic bottles. He is a lovely, fun young boy with lots of love and attention to give to a new home.

Please apply for Bruce if you have the time and energy for this little bundle of joy!

We're back with our Monthly Annual Report Fact!

Mr Hugh Peterson, the Society’s Welfare Officer, with Max, a 9-month-old German Shepherd. Max
came to the Society when his owner was taken into hospital after having a heart attack.

If you need our help rehoming your dog, it is our promise that we will do our very best to match each dog to the most suitable home, considering factors like lifestyle, home suitability and family dynamic.

A reminder that we are running another fun competition for our 2027 calendar!

Is your dog a scruffy pup, full of mischief, a photogenic dream, or do they love posing for a picture?

We would love to see all pictures of your dog, whether it be rolling in the mud, running alongside their bestie or striking their best pose! All seasonal pictures are also welcome from Spring all the way to Winter.

For just £1 per photo, you can enter as many times as you would like! All we ask is that the pictures are of high enough quality to print and ideally landscape.
Entries close at the end of August.

Thank you for supporting Dog Aid Scotland, celebrating 70 years of Creating Happy Homes for Dogs 💙 🐶
