A little head's up, we have major roadworks 🚧 coming up, and the road will be closed 🚨 BOTH WAYS 🚨 between Balgreen Road and Robb's Loan - that is to say, the junction right outside the shop 🤦🏻‍♀️😭 it'll be tough to get here, and then PARK 🚗 so leave plenty of time ⏰️ to get here for your appointments! ✨️ If there's any problems, call the shop on 0131 337 1391 to let us know what's going on! 2025 has been quite the year! 😅 On this last working day, we just wanted to take a second to say ✨️ THANK YOU ✨️ to all of our customers, it means a lot when you pick us to care for your fluffy friends, new and regulars alike! It's been a busy year, and we've loved every second 🐾✂️ We know everyone is ready for the holidays, whether you're celebrating 🥳🎄🎅 or just spending time with friends and family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️ we hope everyone has a lovely time whatever you're doing, and we'll see you all next year 🍾🎉

Just to let you know we are now completely ✨️FULL✨️ for December! We are currently operating a waiting list, so feel free to drop us a message with your phone number and we can get you added to it ☎️📆 While we're on the subject, another friendly reminder 😊🙈 to let us know with as much time as possible if you can no longer make your appointment. The list is quite long, however December is busy for everyone and it's not always possible to just turn up to a last-minute appointment!

Morning everyone! Hope everyone is coping with the dreary weather 🌧☔️

Just another request! If you have an appointment booked with us and no longer need it, ✨️ please please please ✨️ let us know! In the last couple of weeks we have seen a number of last minute cancellations and no-shows. With the run-up to Christmas, we are only looking at the odd available space now, which means we have a long list of people waiting for a sooner slot. If we have a no-show, it's not often that we can fill the space with such short notice. We know life happens sometimes, but as a small business it really does affect us when we see waves of spaces that we can't fill. We try our very best to accommodate everybody!

We'll get off our high horse now! Hope everyone is excited and getting ready for Christmas and we hope to see you all soon! 🐾🎄✂️
