Are you an enthusiastic Receptionist looking for a new opportunity? Would you love to join a supportive team, where looking after each other & maintaining a healthy work-life balance really matters?

We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll be joining 2 Receptionists, 4 Vets, 4 RVNs & 2 SVNs who provide an exceptional standard of care for our patients & a welcoming experience for our clients.

An experienced veterinary receptionist would be an advantage, but not essential. What matters to us is that you’re enthusiastic, friendly, organised & enjoy helping people & their pets.

We have been established for over 25 years. We’re a passionate & supportive team with many long-standing members of staff.

You’ll help create a warm & welcoming experience for our clients & their pets, while supporting the veterinary team & keeping the reception area running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable & confident
- Enthusiastic & genuinely enjoys working with people
- Organised & able to manage a busy environment
- A good communicator who enjoys being part of a team
- Compassionate & understanding when supporting clients and their pets
- Keen to learn & develop their knowledge

30 hours per week, worked over Monday, Wednesday & Friday, plus 1/4 Saturday mornings. There is no out-of-hours requirement.

In addition to joining a genuinely supportive &friendly team, we offer:
- Hourly rate of up to £13.07 (doe)
