At iCare, we know how much pets mean to their owners - our main objective is to help our customers in their time of need by ensuring their late pets are treated with the same dignity and respect as human family members would recieve. What our service offers:

- Individual Pet Cremation service
- Personal Pet Collection and Ashes Drop-off Service
- Owners can drop-off and view/say final goodbyes to

their pets within our premises
- Suppliers of various high quality Pet Memorials, Tributes & Keepsakes
- Pet Bereavement Support and advice
- Euthanasia Assistance

How we provide a personal and caring service:

- Same day pet collection in our pet hearse (from home or vets)

- Pets are never put into cold storage facilities as cremations are promptly conducted (within 24 hours of arrival unless requested otherwise)

- Pets are always cremated individually which ensures owners can have peace of mind that the ashes they recieve definitely belong to their beloved pet

- Pets are handled with the greatest of care by the same people from the start till the end of the process

- We understand that owners are not always in their right mind when losing a beloved pet and so we ensure customers are aware of their options and are able to make informed decisions regarding the selection of caskets and memorials

- We are only ever a phone-call away and can be reached 24/7
