TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before your visit.
By booking at Paws 2’ Run online; you are agreeing to follow our Terms and Conditions and Rules.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG
GENERAL
1. The client is the person who makes the booking.
The booking must not be transferred to anyone else. However, you may invite another household to use the dog field with you. The maximum number of dogs allowed to use Paws 2’ Run at any one time is 7 (unless otherwise agreed before any booking) with a ratio of a maximum of 4 dogs to 1 person. In addition, the number of cars being used should not exceed 5. The person making the booking is the named hirer and is responsible for ensuring that others in their party have read and followed our Rules and Terms and Conditions.
2. Whilst using the facility, you accept full responsibility for your own animals and personal welfare, well-being and insurance. No claims of any sort will be entertained for injury or loss to persons, possessions or animals whilst using our facilities. Use of our dog field and car park shall be entirely at the user/hirer’s own risk. Paws 2’ Run will not be held responsible for loss, theft, injury, damage or accidents sustained to personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the facility or on the property.
3. All dogs are welcome at Paws 2’ Run, we are fully inclusive, but we need to follow new guidelines for XL Bully dogs. If you are not sure if you have an XL Bully dog, you should apply for a Certificate of Exemption. You must have Third Party Public Liability Insurance for your XL Bully dog before using the field. XL Bullies must be kept on their lead and muzzle until they have entered the secure field, then they can be removed. XL Bullies within one household can use the field at one time. If that household has other dogs they are allowed to play together in the field. You can invite your friend with their XL Bully to share the field hire. But the guideline is 1 XL Bully & 1 Handler ie each XL must have a Handler accompany it. This rule has been provided by my Insurance Company & Government Guidelines.
4. Your dog remains your responsibility at all times. When not in the secure area (dog field), your dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times.
5. While using Paws 2’ Run, please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. We know this can be difficult when your dog is excited.
6. All vehicles parked on the property are left at their owners’ risk. We accept no responsibility for damage, accidents or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.
7. Payments are not refundable, unless there is a valid reason. Once bookings are made they can be altered, but please give enough time for this to happen. Please ensure you have the correct time and date before booking.
8. Dog escapees are the responsibility of the owners.
9. All litter must be removed from the dog field, except for poo bags which should be put in the bins provided. Please make sure if you are using treats, that they are removed as other dogs may be allergic.
10. Our dog field and grounds are checked daily for cleanliness, security issues and litter. But please remember, it is your responsibility to pick up your own dog poo and dispose of it in the bins provided. Any other Health and Safety and/or maintenance issues should be referred to Siobhan on 07444 070274
11. Please note there are no toilet facilities on site.
CAR PARK & ENTRY TO THE FIELD
1. Whilst using Paws 2’ Run you accept fully, the responsibility of your animals.
2. Bookings may be adjusted by ourselves, to allow for changeover slots, this is to allow the person before, or after you, space to exit or arrive. safe in the knowledge they will be able to get out or into the field without any complications (ie reactive dogs, car parking etc). Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before the start of your booked session as there is limited parking. Plus some dogs are reactive & this will not only cause stress to the dog/your dog, but also their owners.
3. Please respect other users and their time by arriving and leaving WITHIN your time slot so there is no overlap.
4. Sessions last 30 minutes, but can be extended to suit the user. Please vacate the dog field promptly and leave the car park no more than 5 minutes after your session has ended.
5. It is unfair on other users to keep them waiting, especially if they have reactive dogs, so anyone remaining in the dog field after their allocated time will be charged for an additional session.
6. On arrival at Paws 2’ Run please park considerately.
7. Close the car park entrance gate before letting your dog out of the car. Please close all gates on exit.
8. All dogs must be kept on leads in the car park area and only released within the secure dog field.
9. Do not enter the dog field until the previous client has exited the dog field with their dog. Please wait, do not get out of your car, until that person has secured their dogs in their vehicle.
10. While our car parking area is suitable for all users, our dog field is not suitable for wheelchairs or electric scooters.
11. Please ensure your dog’s vaccinations, worming and flea treatments are up to date BEFORE your visit. Dogs (or any they live with) suffering from a cough, diarrhoea, sickness or any other illness should not be brought to Paws 2’ Run
