๐Ÿ™ Thankful Thursday ๐Ÿ™

This week, weโ€™d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has so generously responded to our recent appeal for specialist food and cat litter.

We have been receiving donations throughout the week, and every single one has a real impact. Your kindness and support make a huge difference to us and, most importantly, to the animals in our care.

At a time when demand for our help continues to grow, donations like these help ensure we can provide the care and comfort that our animals need.

Thank you for your continued support ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿพ

โœจ๏ธ Wishful Wednesday - Long-Term Foster Needed โœจ๏ธ

You may remember Ozzy's story and our recent appeal to help fund the surgery he desperately needed to remove painful bladder stones. Thanks to your incredible generosity, Ozzy was able to have the operation and is now on the road to recovery ๐Ÿ–ค

Because of the type of stones he had, Ozzy will need another scan in six months to make sure they haven't returned. Once we have a clearer picture of his long-term care needs, we'll begin the search for his forever home ๐Ÿก

In the meantime, we'd love to find Ozzy a long-term, pet-free foster home where he can relax, enjoy the comforts of home life, and receive the round-the-clock love and affection he craves and deserves ๐Ÿฅฐ

If you think you could offer Ozzy a safe and loving foster home, please fill out an application form found on our website www.stfrancisanimalwelfare.co.uk/cats and email it to us at [email protected]

๐Ÿ’• Forever Home Friday ๐Ÿ’•

โ€œA few years ago we adopted two kittens from St Francis, originally Jessie and Slinky, now McTatt and Socks! We fell in love with them and since then weโ€™ve always been checking the website for any other kittens needing homes that we can help. When we came across Florenceโ€™s last kitten we very quickly came to the conclusion that we canโ€™t let him spend Christmas alone and that he must join our group of four girl cats!

When we met him he was so playful and so excited to play fetch, which he still does today. He was fairly quiet at first but now heโ€™s the most vocal of all our cats, and he loves to be the centerย of attention, following people around and yelling to let us know when he has a toy to play fetch with! Heโ€™s the happiest little boy who loves to cuddle up with anyone he can, and loves his food too! Heโ€™s definitely been enjoying his time here and making sure his presence is known wherever he goes!โ€
