Hello everyone!
Thank you to all who still support and follow this page, it's been quite awhile since I posted so I thought it was time for an update.
I still pet sit for existing and repeat clients when my schedule allows, but I do not take on many new clients these days. If you're looking for reliable, friendly and compassionate pet care I whole heartedly recommend Purcival Pets
I'm still passionate about animals and I'm incredibly excited to announce I'm involved in a new role Guide Dogs Southampton Fundraising Group as Deputy Group Coordinator. I'll be helping to support the groups social media, coordination of events and collections, recruitment of volunteers, all to raise funds for Guide Dogs.
Please follow our group page and please do get in touch with me if you'd like to volunteer with us.
Thank you for the support 🙏 ❤️
Spotlight on our Deputy Group Coordinator – Emily Carter
Meet Emily, Deputy Group Coordinator for the recently re-established Guide Dogs Southampton Fundraising Group.
Emily has been volunteering with Guide Dogs for two years and became interested in supporting the charity through her love of animals and desire to make a positive impact to the local community.
Through her volunteering, Emily has supported collections, events and helped to organise fundraising activities. She is inspired by the stories, connections and experiences of those living with sight loss and is supporting Katie to raise awareness, meet new volunteers and raise vital funds to support Guide Dogs.
"I'm delighted to be joining the Guide Dogs Southampton Fundraising Group as Deputy Coordinator. Through my volunteering with Guide Dogs, I've seen first-hand the freedom, confidence, and independence these amazing dogs bring to people with sight loss, and I'm excited to help raise funds and build awareness locally.
As I begin my role as Deputy Coordinator for the Southampton Fundraising Group, my dad Mark and I are also preparing to take on a tandem skydive challenge in September in aid of Guide Dogs .” Emily Carter
