The faces of two boys that loved their dinner! They’re so patient waiting for me to make up their dinner as they need it cut up really small to make it easier for them to eat and swallow. They always have a little nap after before I leave. 💙

I love these two so much!

The clips in this video are all from different days throughout this week but during a heatwave the days tend to look the same.

I always include mental stimulation and one of my favourites is using treats to hide around and the dogs love to use their noses to find them! It’s so simple but so affective. Lexi and Bluu are always loving it.

I also let them play together safely, they’re really good with each other considering the size difference. Lexi loves to play in her pool and chase a ball, Bluu likes to have a little play but prefers a cuddle!

I also try to keep some time for them to chill out, usually before I leave or on a really hot day like today I supervise play and tend to keep it short. Instead I direct them indoors where it’s much cooler. Sometimes it’s best for them to just have some company and not be running around when it’s so hot! I like to make sure the dogs I’m caring for get enrichment even on the hottest days (in safe ways!) and ensure they look comfortable before I leave. 💙
