SOUTHDOWNS EQUINE - HORSE BREAK AWAYS

Nestling in the Southdown’s National Park known for its area of natural beauty. Based close to Jevington just outside Eastbourne with direct links off road to a huge variety of bridleways across the Southdown’s to Friston forest, long man of Wilmington and beyond, half an hour drive to local beaches, as well as local cross country courses and showgrounds. We

are offering on site accommodation consisting of two 5 metre bell tents which can sleep up to 4 people, with tea/coffee making facilities, wood stove and fire pit with panoramic views of the Southdown’s
Stabling for your horse is available as well as a small turnout paddock, whether it’s for one night or a long weekend. On site lorry/trailer parking available with hook up (additional cost)
Assisted livery available in your stay if you want a day to yourself for sightseeing, shopping spree or relaxing day knowing your ponies are in 5* care and treatment. Holiday Livery also available

What a lovely review thank you 🤩

Wonderful place with lovely owner! I could not recommend this place more highly for a holiday. The hacking on the South Downs is out of this world. The stable very clean and comfortable with plentiful, good quality hay and straw. The turnout was immaculate with good grass, lovely safe fencing and clean water trough. Hanna was very helpful in all respects and security was excellent with padlocked gates and cctv. Hanna even checked on the horses late at night after we left them. 10/10. Sounds like this review is made up but it really was fantastic place!

After a long, wet winter, South Downs Equine is currently closed and we haven’t welcomed any stays recently while we take time to rest, refresh, and prepare for the season ahead.
We’re looking forward to brighter days, greener fields, and welcoming guests back to enjoy the beauty of the South Downs very soon. ☀️🐎
