Hi everyone! I just wanted to pop on and give you all a little update.

I’m now fully booked until OCTOBER!

I completely understand that such a long wait can be frustrating, and I really do appreciate everyone’s patience. Unfortunately, August is always a tricky month with the summer holidays and childcare. One of the main reasons I became self-employed was so I could spend more precious time with my children while they’re young, so I hope you can understand why my availability is much more limited during this time of year. ❤️

As much as I always try my best to help, I genuinely have no wiggle room in the diary. So if you do need to change or cancel your appointment, that’s absolutely fine, but please be aware that I won’t be able to fit you back in before your next scheduled appointment.

From September, I’ll also be changing my working hours to fit around my children being at school. I’ll now be working Tuesdays and Thursdays during school hours, which unfortunately means I won’t have any afternoon appointments available going forward.

If you have one of the last appointments of the day, I’d really appreciate it if you could make sure you’re on time for collection. I’ll need to leave promptly to collect my children from school, so I won’t be able to stay behind for late pick-ups. Thank you so much for understanding. ❤️

Please make sure you book your next appointment before you leave, or as far in advance as possible, as my diary fills up very quickly. I have very little flexibility, and I’d hate for any of my lovely regulars to miss out.

Unfortunately, I’m still not taking on any new clients at the moment, as I’m fully booked with all of my wonderful regular customers.

Thank you all so much for your continued support, understanding ❤️🐶

☀️ Hot Weather Notice ☀️

With the recent warm weather, I just wanted to make customers aware that the temperature inside the salon can rise very quickly.

At the moment, the salon is already reaching 27 °C, today at 12pm with cool fans. Yesterday it sat at 26 °C from 1pm with no dryers on. For the safety and welfare of the dogs in my care, I cannot continue grooming once the salon reaches 28°C, as this becomes an unsafe working environment for dogs, particularly when using dryers which increase the temperature further.

Because of this, on very hot days I may need to reschedule some appointments, particularly afternoon bookings, to morning slots. This is purely for health and safety reasons and to ensure every dog remains comfortable and safe during their groom.

❗️I would also appreciate everyone being prompt for both drop-offs and, especially, collections. I don’t want dogs spending any longer in a warm salon than necessary.❗️

I know by the time you’re reading this the weather may have changed, but if we continue to experience periods of high temperatures throughout the summer, please be aware that afternoon appointments may need to be rearranged at short notice.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Your dogs’ safety and wellbeing will always come first. ❤️🐾
