Kt’s walkies & pet care I’m Katie a local lover of all animals offering both dog walking and pet pop in services. I'm Katie, the heart behind Kt's walkies & pet care.

Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I know first hand how much love and care our furry (and feathered or scaly!) companions deserve. That’s why I started this business, to give pet parents peace of mind knowing their pets are safe, happy, and cared for when they can’t be there. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, feeding, or simply providing companionship, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m reliable, patient, and attentive, and I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and needs.

🐾 SUNDAY SPOTLIGHT 🐾

This week’s pup I’m buzzing to introduce you to is our very own wee pocket rocket… Roddy! 💙🐾

🐕 Breed: Jack Russell x Patterdale Terrier
🥰 Nicknames: Roddy Boy, Rodster, Rod & Rods 😂
💙 Fun fact: When people say their dog is 100 miles an hour, Roddy is a million miles an hour! 🚀🤣

This wee man is absolutely full of beans and has enough energy to power the whole of EK! 😂

Roddy is completely and utterly ball daft! 🎾 If he hasn’t got a ball in his mouth, you can guarantee he’s got a Boomer Ball right under his nose, just waiting for his pal Eva to get the game started!

Watching Roddy tear around the field is honestly hilarious. He’ll be running in a perfectly straight line at a million miles an hour before suddenly changing direction out of nowhere! 🤣 Swipe to see the videos ! 🏃
And why, you ask? Because he’s realised he’s left his ball behind and needs to go back for it immediately! 😂🎾

But there’s another lovely side to Roddy’s story that deserves a mention, too. 💙
Before joining our pack, Roddy’s lovely owners had been finding him a little lead reactive towards other dogs. Since he started coming along to our group walks, they’ve already noticed a big improvement! 🥹👏

It’s so lovely to hear that progress is being made, and we’re absolutely delighted to be part of his journey. Building confidence takes time, and seeing those positive changes is what it’s all about! 🐾💙

Keep being your crazy wee self, Roddy Boy! 💙🎾

More photos from the week! Swipe to the end to see a beautiful windswept Summer! I’d say she posed perfectly but she was absolutely unaware I took it, cause whenever she sees the camera, she gives me the side eye and walks in the opposite direction 😂
