Access should be a right, not a fight.
Imagine being turned away from a cafΓ©, refused a taxi or told you canβt enter a shop, simply because you have an assistance dog with you.
For too many assistance dog owners, this is an everyday reality. In fact, 88% of guide dog owners have been wrongly refused access to a business or service, some of them repeatedly.
Nobody should have to fight to go about their day. Yet challenging discrimination can be costly, stressful, and time-consuming. Thatβs why weβre calling on the Government to make the law clearer and improve access to justice for assistance dog owners.
