My name is Emma and I have been running a home boarding service since 2016 in Cam, Dursley. I am fully licensed to take up to 5 dogs by Stroud District Council with their highest ratings. About me: Often described as 'the dog lady', I grew up in the countryside with a Cocker Spaniel named Willow and have always been an animal lover. I have worked from home since 2014, and in 2016 I started dogsitt
ing as a way of enjoying some 4 legged company, as at this time we did not have our own dog. Fate would have it that in 2018 a gorgeous little 3 year old Cocker Spaniel named Penny landed on our laps, and has been part of our family ever since. I aim to provide a loving and caring environment for your much loved pets, as this is what I would want for my own animals - who says they can't have their own holiday too! About the environment: A detached home with rear garden, with lawn, patio and barked areas. Dogs are free to roam nearly all of the downstairs of the house (you will often find them enjoying our large sofa), with exception to the end room which is reserved for our cats access in and out. The cat is always kept separate from any visitors as we appreciate most dogs will have a high chase drive. New clients will be required to have an initial meeting and assessment which can take place either at the house or on a walk. Clients are welcome to visit and view the environment their dogs will be staying in at anytime on arrangement.
