Vouchers will be emailed as soon as purchased then can be printed or forwarded as needed. Code on the voucher to enter when booking online. Available in multiples of £12 but can be used as a part purchase if more dogs required on the booking. Must be used within 1/months of purchase.

UPDATE TO REACTIVE DOG SESSIONS🐶

I’m sure you are probably all sick of the Doggieland updates over the last couple of days… but I just have so many things to tell you!!

After a small amount of feedback from the twice-weekly daytime reactive dog sessions (where people who work through the week are struggling to find a session that fits) I’m going to trial something else instead….

🐶REACTIVE DOG SESSIONS ARE NOW
EVERY TUESDAY EVENING
IN UNDERDOG
FROM 4.30pm until CLOSING TIME 🐶

These start from 6th October to the end of December and can carry on indefinitely if they are a success.

So if you want to guarantee no one else is in the neighbouring field, or carpark, please book UNDERDOG from 4.30pm - closing time on a TUESDAY EVENING.

Any feedback on this (as always) is soooo welcome 🥰🥰🐶🐶

🐶Next doggieland update…. 🐶 We are on fire this week….with even more to come🤣🙌🐶🐶
Some of you will have noticed already that you can add a donation when booking. These donations will be totalled up together and converted into vouchers to be donated to our most local dog rescue centres (confirmation of the agreed centres coming soon) Soon we will have a nice little cartoon pot on the homepage on the website so we can see how much has been raised and how many vouchers have been converted and given to the rescue dogs. These will either be used by the rescues themselves to have a trip out or, if this isn’t possible, can perhaps be given to brand new owners of a rescue upon rehoming to give them a safe and lovely environment to get to know their dog.
You are all absolute legends for donating to this, and I will of course be matching the vouchers (ie for every one created through donations, I will gift one) Our chance to make even more dog’s lives a bit richer and happier.

Couple of changes this weekend in Doggieland….
After a few late runners last weekend, we have installed some clocks on the shelters, these are double faced and will swivel round. You will now also receive a text message 5 minutes before the end of your session time, but I really appreciate some people may wish to use doggieland time to be phone-free, hence the addition of the clocks.
Hope this will help with time keeping and everyone’s enjoyment of the fields

While I am on admin catch up, just a couple of tips if you find your booking not processing.…

-please make sure that your signature is in the box and you have submitted that, it won’t automatically save just by signing it.

-if you find your booking is unsuccessful twoce in a row please come all of the way out of the booking and start from the beginning of the booking process again.. this fixes 99% of any problems

-please ensure you use the correct card details and there is enough balance on it to process your booking

To make life easier for everyone, we’re making a change to the booking system. (Should be live as of tomorrow)
When a confirmation email is received, there will be a link, should you wish to amend your booking. (There will also be a link directly on the website to amend an existing booking)
The following amendments are allowed (as per our terms and conditions)

Up to 48 hours before session – you can amend the date and time of a session (one amendment to ‘date/time’ is permitted per booking). Only the available slots will show up when picking your new date/time. When a booking is within 48 hours this session cannot be amended as per Ts and Cs.

Right up to your session time- number of dogs, registration plates and phone number can all be amended, please make sure you amend these so the information is correct before arrival (and I don’t need to play Sherlock Holmes to work out who belongs to which vehicle or dog!!) These amendments can be made as many times as you need to.
I really hope this is clear and helpful.

The time has come to assess the feasibility of the ‘reactive dog sessions’ which were for times booked on a Monday morning (8-11) and Thursday afternoon. (2.30-4.30) I am happy to keep them and book them out, until say Christmas, if people are using them and finding them helpful. It’s difficult for me to know whether the opposite field to the one I’ve blocked out is booked for a reactive dog or just because that was the time slot wanted anyway. So, if anyone is using them and they are working well for them please let me know (dm is fine if don’t want to reply on here) 🥰 if not they will stop at the end of September. just let me know! 🐶

Hey hey! (Sorry looonnnggg post!!) please enjoy a photo of my Rexy pulling his cross face 🤣🙈

Firstly a HUGE thank you to everyone who’s visited Doggieland and respected the field rules. We really appreciate you.
Unfortunately, we’ve had a complaint, where on a few occasions, a customer has arrived to find their field still in use (after the allocated exit time) or people and dogs still within the carpark. I don’t really want to make the sessions 50 minutes, as really 5 minutes changeover should be plenty of time, but this is an option if it becomes too much of an issue for users. If you require a longer session please book two slots.
The other issues raised have been that the carpark gate is being left open, I know it’s a pain to get out to open/close it but please, please, please keep this gate closed for everyone’s safety.
And finally (this is one from us at the farm) please park WITHIN the carpark as the side of the lane must be kept free from vehicles.

I do have some camera checks to do to follow up on some of these issues and I will contact people directly about breaches of the rules.

*edited to add* if you do see a single rogue p**p left by someone please can you give them the benefit of the doubt that they simply didn’t spot it and please could you pick it up for me, I just simply cannot be there between every single session and I cannot find every single one every time 😞. Same goes for things such as water bowls being left filled by accident, if you spot it could you just tip it out and rinse it with some disinfectant- and know that I am eternally grateful to those wonderful humans who do this for me already 🥰

But to all those using the field and enjoying the field and treating all the other users with respect- we thank you. There are a lot of happy dogs visiting doggieland and that’s what it’s all about.

A little story that made me cry 😭
Just wanted to share with you all, a wee story that happened today. I received an email from a customer asking if he could purchase gift vouchers for Doggieland. It’s something we had been thinking about offering and I advised that our web designer will be making an option for this asap, especially if it something that people would like to be able to buy. I presumed he was looking to purchase as a gift to family or a friend. His reply, however, moved me to tears…. He is looking to buy gift vouchers on a regular basis to donate to a very local dog rescue centre 🥹🥹 omg there are some wonderful, wonderful people in the world. I have assured him I will match any vouchers he buys and we will donate them all to this rescue. Makes me all warm and fuzzy to think of the fun and release some of these dogs, who have had a rough time, will be able to have coming and enjoying some Doggieland time.
The upshot is…. watch this space, gift vouchers will be able to be purchased through the website sometime soon. Now I’m off to have another little cry 🥹🥹
