🚨 PADDY’S PAWS PSA — PLEASE READ! 🚨

We’re going to be blunt because we’re getting far too many no-shows, while we have customers sitting waiting for appointments. If you book an appointment, PLEASE TURN UP. We’re a busy salon, and a missed appointment isn’t just “oh well” — that’s a space someone else could have had and money we’ve lost. We even PAY for a reminder service so you receive a reminder about your appointment, so there really shouldn’t be any “I forgot” excuses. 🙃 If you can’t make it, LET US KNOW so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
You will be charged for the missed appointment fee, full payment.

And while we’re at it… FLEAS. 🦟 PLEASE check your dog before bringing them in. If your dog arrives crawling with fleas, we will NOT just carry on with the groom. We have other dogs coming into the salon and we are NOT risking an infestation because someone couldn’t be bothered to check. Any flea treatment and additional cleaning required will be charged accordingly.

We love your dogs, but we’re running a business — not a free cancellation service or a flea hotel. 😂🐾

We have people waiting for appointments, so please respect our time, our salon and everyone else waiting to get booked in. ❤️🐶
