This week has definitely been the most challenging of my career with this heat, seeing all the doggies suffering with the heat is absolutely heartbreaking but yet still people walking at hottest parts of the day 😡

As most of our owners know, I always try to go above and beyond and we are getting air con fitted in the house. Hopefully next week.

We would like to say a massive thank you to all of our owners for being very supportive with our decision to cancel walks this week and doing drop in play or owners managing to be there for their dogs.

The welfare of all the dogs comes first and to keep them all hydrated and as cool as possible.

Just an update and reminder - please read.

Any payments for daycares and boarding must be paid before doggy stays.

Boarding - Deposits are required before to keep dates. No dates are set in stone until deposit is paid.
We need to be strict on this, so deposit holds the dates.
If your dates change or you need to check dates, please just pop us a message and we will reply asap .
50% deposit, rest paid the day before, we don't mind if you wanted to break payments up and pay monthly till there stays but please let us know.

We do have other owners enquiring about dates, especially through to October and at the minute we can't as we are fully booked, so please if your dates have changed or you no longer need the booking, please let us know.

Before the dog stays, we need to meet and greet with the owner and doggy - this ensures that the dogs are fine and that owners know how we work. (Free)
The next step is for doggies to come back by themselves for a few hours so we can make sure your doggies are happy. (Free)
If your dog is staying more than 3 nights an over night trial is needed to be done. (Overnight charge)

What we are starting to do - if your dog has been before but had a gap in-between, we are introducing for them to come back for a few hours. This helps with them knowing your returning and if they have any anxiety we can build them back up again.

We are here to help with owners and doggies to make it as stress free as possible.
Any vaccines we need to know to update our records, you can send these when they get done even if it's months before they stay.

I have spoken to a few owners who are happy to do build ups and with regarding payments.
Please don't panic.

Yesterday, we had our licence inspection and absolutely buzzing with 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Anyone who knows us knows we try our hardest and go above and beyond. Licensing could see this too and said they could see how far we go and how much we care about the dogs.
A big thank you to all our doggies and owners.

I'm on doing paperwork, if anyone was expecting an email with the paperwork and haven't gotten one, could you message me your email and I'll get them over. I've had quite a few bookings for 2027, I know it seems like ages away but we are already in May. If you do have a holiday booked for next year and know dates, feel free to pop them over.
Just a reminder before any doggy's stay we need to do a meet and greet first - this is where we get to meet yourselves and the doggy's meet, all been well we can do the next stage where the dog comes for a couple of hours, again this is so we can make sure your companion will be happy. Any stays over 3 nights will need to do a trial overnight - this can be arranged after the initial meet and greet. If your dog has anxiety, we can work with this and build up till their stay.
Payments - Deposit is required on booking but we do hold out till we have done the meet and greet, just to make sure all is good, this secures your dates. Dates aren't secured until deposit has been paid.
Full payment is to be paid 48 hours before their stay, this payment can be split up and paid by your own amount and when you would like too, please pop us a message just so we are aware that you're doing this and can keep track of payments.

We have recently had the kitchen finished, flooring put down and got joiner booked in for some more work so things are changing and if you wanted to pop in to see, you're more than welcome.
We like to work with the owners and doggies to make their stay as homely and calm as much as we can.

I've been doing some advanced first aid training over the last week and today I definitely learned something new!! Cobwebs can help stop a dog bleeding!!! So keep your cobwebs!! 😂😂
