📢 Quick update on closing dates, as promised

Tomorrow’s Seaham Coast Road Car Boot — Saturday 5th September — will be the final Saturday of the 2026 season.

**SUNDAYS WILL BE OPEN...THIS IS SATURDAY ONLY**

All other events will continue running until late September/early October.

We’ll keep you updated with the closing dates for each event as they are confirmed.

🏠 HOLIDAYS OVER… TIME TO TACKLE THE CLUTTER! 🚗💷

Now the holidays are over and the kids are back at school, you might finally have a little time to tackle those cupboards, garages, lofts and sheds that have been quietly filling up with *“I’ll sort that out one day”* stuff! 😂

So why not turn your clutter into cash and bring it along to one of our car boot fairs this weekend? 🛍️💰

We’re open at all of our usual events and, thankfully, we’ve still got a good few weeks of car booting ahead of us yet! 🙌

We get lots of messages and comments at this time of year asking "When are you closing for the season?” The answer is… we don’t know yet! 😁

No closing dates have been decided, but as soon as we know, you’ll know too. We’ll let you know through our usual Facebook updates, so keep an eye out.

In the meantime, don’t put that decluttering off any longer…get those cars loaded and come and see us this weekend! 🚗🛒

Who knows, that junk taking up half the garage might just pay for a nice little treat! 😉💷

This event is in addition to the Sunday event and is held on the opposite side of the road.
**Sellers:**
• 10–10:30am: £10 a space
• From 11am: £5 a space
**Public admission:** £5 (10–11:30am), then £1 from 12pm

📍 Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th September – Rhyl Showground (A525 Rhuddlan Road, opposite Sainsbury’s) LL18 2PS
**Saturday sellers:** £5 a space from 8am
**Sunday sellers:** £12 per car / £15 per van from 8am
**Public admission:** £5 (8–9am), then £1 after 9am

📍 Sunday 6th September– Seaham Coast Road on the B1287 Ryhope to Seaham Road SR7 7AG
**Sellers (tiered times):**
• 9–10am: £25 (longer setup)
• 10–10:30am: £17 per car / £21 per van
• 11am–12pm: £12 per car / £16 per van
(+ £3 for trailers)
**Public admission:** £5 (9.30–11:30am), then £1 from 12pm

📍 Sunday 6th September– Tranwell Airfield (near Morpeth, next to Morpeth Family Golf Centre)
**Sellers:**
• From 10:30am: £17 per car / £19 per van
• From 11:30am: £12 per car / £14 per van
**Public admission:** £5 (10:30–11:45am), then £1 from 12:15pm

📍 Sunday 6th September– Chester-le-Street (A693, opposite Batleys Cash & Carry) DH2 1BL
**Sellers:** £5 a space from 11am
**Public admission:** £5 (11–11:45am), then £1 from 12pm

Well after the disappointment of today, dodgy early weather and an even more dodgy weather forecast we have the promise of much better weather tomorrow. We will be open at Seaham Coast Road and Tranwell Airfield near Morpeth. It is £10 a space to sell at both events with no tiered admission times. Seaham entry from 9am and Tranwell from 10.30. Public admission at Seaham from 9.30 until 11.30 is £5 and from 12 it is £1. Tranwell is £5 from 10.30 until 11.45 and from 12.15 it is £1. We hope to see you there! Full details are on our website
