One of the things I value most is working alongside other professionals to create the best possible outcome for every individual animal. The Hofmag can be incorporated into a wide variety of treatment and management plans, tailored specifically to each horse or dog and their individual needs.
This Shepherd was treated & referred by DanieDanielle Hudson Veterinary Physiotherapy we had concerns around mobility and discomfort after strenuous exercise. Following veterinary assessment and X-rays, she was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia. we have worked together to create a tailored long-term management plan focused on comfort, mobility, and quality of life as unfortunately surgery is not an option for her.
By collaborating closely with vet physio Danielle Hudson, we are able to take a multimodal approach using physiotherapy, manual therapies, land-based rehabilitation exercises, and regular Hofmag sessions. These therapies are carefully adapted to help maintain joint range of motion, support musculoskeletal strength, and manage pain as effectively as possible.
As elbow dysplasia is a progressive condition, the aim is to slow the rate of progression, improve comfort during flare-ups, and help maintain the best quality of life throughout the year.
for these kind of cases where a non medicated pain management is optimal there is two types of pain management options, laser therapy & PEMF therapy ( hofmag ) I will use Hofmag to continue to play a huge role in this dog’s ongoing maintenance and pain management through long term regular tailored sessions with both & Hofmag.
