What an incredibe year it has been! Meeting all of you and your lovely dogs, welcoming Charlotte to the team, charity fundraisers, seminars and competitions. I wouldn't change a second.

None of it would be possible at all without you, my wonderful supportive clients. I am so grateful every day for every single one of you. Thank you.

Two new breeds are becoming recognised 📣

The Braque du Bourbonnais originates in France’s Bourbonnais region and is an ancient pointing breed dating back to the 16th century. Known for its hunting ability and friendly, adaptable nature, it is growing in popularity both as a gundog and companion.

The Epagneul Français dates back to the 14th century, and is an ancient French gundog prized for its intelligence, versatility and gentle temperament. After a period of a decline, they're now growing popular as both a working dog and family companion.

Both breeds will be recognised from 1 October 2026, taking the total recognised breeds to 230.
