Carrot entertained us recently by adopting this yoga-like pose shortly after he was sedated for a stitch-up. Unfortunately he has had to return to us since but he is always very welcome.

Good afternoon,
We are really sorry to report that this morning a black and white cat ( male and un-neutered ) was brought into surgery by a kind member of the public after being hit by a car. Sadly the cat passed shortly after arriving.
The cat was not micro-chipped so we have not been able to inform the owners. Accident happened on the Mary Street area of town.
Please contact the surgery if you have any information which may help us find the owners.

One week to go! At Bute Highland Games on Saturday 22nd August I will run the 10K road race and will be pleased to have any sponsorship donatios sent to my JustGiving page. Prostate Cancer UK is a major force in improving treatment and detection of this all too common cancer in men. I hope to increase awareness and encourage men to ask for testing as there is no screening programme. ASK YOUR DOCTOR FOR PSA TESTING. Not perfect but it pointed me to investigation and succssful treatment.

Rio has been missing since the 26th July from the Dunoon end of Hunter street Kirn, she was wearing a bright green fuzzy collar.
The owner is very concerned as Rio is on regular medication.
