A quick message from us!

We know smashing bottles and ripping cans apart can seem like a bit of fun, but left behind they are really dangerous.

We see dogs at the surgery with badly cut paws and legs from broken glass and open cans on woodland paths, shores and parks. It’s painful for them and really upsetting for their owners.

We’ve seen a few too many cut paws and lacerations recently. Pictured is Maurice and Rocky who have both had very serious injuries involving broken glass.

Please don’t break glass or rip cans in public places. If you see these, please safetly pick these up and dispose of them appropriately.

Help us keep these places safe, clean and tidy for everyone to enjoy and respect everyones right to use them! πŸ’›
