*owner found* We have had a stray Vizsla handed in to our Takeley branch this morning. He is chipped but we have been unable to make contact with his owners. He was found in Great Canfield - proof of ownership will be required.

🐾 Found Cat – Dunmow 🐾

We have a female DSH (domestic short hair) tabby & white cat currently with us at our Dunmow practice. She was found near Tesco and unfortunately does not have an ID chip.

⭐️He did it!! 🚴‍♂️👏🏼🍀….

Now that I’m safely back at work in Essex, I just wanted to pass on a huge “thank-you” to everyone for all the messages of support and donations to my charity funding page over the past 10 days. My cycling challenge really was as demanding as I thought it would be but, at the same time, it turned into an amazing journey through England, Wales and Ireland, filled with the most incredible memories of stunning places and lovely people.
The “challenge” officially ended last Thursday when I arrived to a great welcome at my family home in County Kildare on what was the hottest day of the whole trip for me. I then had a little bit of celebratory time with my family before slowly making my way back by a combination of bicycle, boat, train and bike again.., arriving in Dunmow on Sunday night having completed over 500 miles on the bike
Your support and good wishes kept me going through the long hours and the tough times and I will always be so grateful!
The icing on the cake is that we have already collected donations to our charity fund of over £5000 and the total is still rising. The funding page will remain open for another couple of weeks for anyone still wishing to make a donation to Vetlife, Air Ambulance and UNICEF.
I’m already wondering what to do next year to top this year’s adventure!

🐾 Meet Bella! 🐾

Bella recently visited us for her 6-month health check with one of our nurses as part of our Pet Health Plan.

We're delighted to report that Bella received a clean bill of health!! Even more impressively, she's been making fantastic progress with her weightloss journey and is doing brilliantly.

Achieving and maintaining a healthy weight can make a big difference to a pet's overall health and quality of life, and Bella's hard work is certainly paying off. 💕
