A wee pup date on my gorgeous clients . We are currently very busy and at least a months wait for a weekday and about 8 weeks for a weekend . Please plan ahead :) I would also like to remind you of our booking policy , if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask for 24 hours notice . If you fail to show up for an appointment for whatever reason you will be liable for the full appointment fee. Over the last 4 weeks we have had a serious uptick in people forgetting their appointments. Including one day last week where Abby have over 50 percent of her days clients ‘forget’ their appointment , a very significant loss for one day . We provide a text service as a courtesy to help you remember your appointment , which is an expense to the business to try and mitigate these types of no shows …please give us the courtesy of letting us know if you can no longer make it or be prepared to pay for your missed appointment .
