Abby has continued her ⛰ Munro ⛰fun over the past couple of "weekends" doing a couple of new ones

Last week we did Beinn Mhanach, the last of the Bridge of Orchy 5 for us to do. A long walk in, an almost pathless walk up a boggy hillside, then a long walk back out in the pouring rain 🌧🌧 But a good 24km day!

Then this week we did the forgotten Munro of Glencoe, Sgurr na h'Ulaidh, hidden away behind Bidean nam Bian. Long grassy trudge up, then over the Munro top of Stob an Fhuarain before a steep zigzag of scree and scramble before the rocky summit. Less distance on this one at just 15km but it felt like more and took the same time (8 hours)! In much better weather ☀️☀️☀️

A few weeks rest needed for Abby before her next Munro adventures me thinks as she's feeling the two big days in 8 days 😴😴

Abby continued her Munro conquering fun over the last couple of weeks ⛰

Last Monday she did Beinn Dorain and Beinn an Dothaidh next to Bridge of Orchy after doing two of the other 3 the month before!

Then this Tuesday she went for a jaunt to Killin to do the Tarmachan Ridge. Just under 5 hours and the first 3 in the cloud so kept us nice and cool on the uphill bits. Loads of water around for Abby to paddle in and have lots to drink.

Then she got some ice cream in the new car to try and get her to like it more than she currently does 😬🍦

Even when we're closed the dogs are still desperate to bring their owners and facilitators in to get their goodies! 😂

Abby looking very colour matching for the Dunfermline Athletic Scottish Cup finale tomorrow!

We will be open a little earlier at 9am instead of 10am to give you all a little extra time to get something to distract the dogs if you're watching the final, and still open to 4.30 if your aren't!

We will also be open from 9 to 4.30 on Sunday, and an extra open day on bank holiday Monday where we will open 10 to 3!
