We want to update all of our customers regarding the current condition of our shop front door and window.

Unfortunately, we’ve had someone attempt to break in for the third time over the past couple of weeks, which has caused damage to the glass and entrance. This has been completely out of our control, but we are aware it’s not ideal when visiting us.

We are working as quickly as possible to get everything repaired and secured. However, due to the repeated incidents and ongoing costs of repairs, we are now having to seriously consider relocating, as it’s becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with the damage being caused.

We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, especially as we know many of our customers are local. However, this is something we may have to do to protect the business moving forward.

We’ll keep you all updated as things progress. Your continued support means a lot to us during this time 🤍

That’s me and Eleanor off to Crufts! 🐾✨

We can’t wait to see what’s there and hopefully bring back lots of new and exciting grooming products to add into our routine, making sure your dogs continue to receive the highest standard of grooms.

All messages and enquiries have been replied to before I head away. However, if I’ve accidentally missed anyone, please just pop me another message — sometimes a few slip past me when I’m going through them, sorry!

We’ll be back to work on Tuesday and will reply to any new messages on Monday evening / Tuesday.

I just want to say a HUGE thank you for all of the gifts and cards we received. We truly appreciate you guys so much. We loved each and every one, and it really reminds us of how lucky we are to do what we love. So grateful for our amazing clients and pups❤️

Today was my last day of grooming however I will still be answering any messages to get appointments in tomorrow then I will be taking a wee break from 24th-28th🥰

I hope you all have the best christmas and new year and your doggos get spoilt rotten from santa paws!!🐾 🎅🏻
