Our little riot came to stay over a family birthday recently so was treated to a stay at Forest Hills Hotel in Aberfoyle!

I wasn't sure how it would go staying in a hotel as Dexter is non stop but he was on his best behaviour 😇

Forest walks, pupaccinos, rolling around the grounds of the hotel and joining in games of trivial pursuit, we had the best time with him

Duke had a very rare day off from boarding so we decided to do our very first munro!!

11 miles and 4 hours 15 minutes to the top and back! Pretty windy at the top so we didn't hang about too long but an amazing day and we're looking forward to bagging some more!

It's not very often we've got a dog staying who's bigger than Duke! But our gentle giant Zak was back staying in the Doghouse and have you ever seen a happier looking boy?! The most laid back pup who is an absolute dream to look after.

A trip to the Tinsmith and our local for this boy and we've also found someone who loves the car just as much as Duke 🫣🤣

The beautiful Willow was back for another short stay with us 🏡 a happy, cheeky and loving girl who's full of fun and mischief, we definitely got a bit puppy broody!

Meet Benson!! A handsome black lab who recently stayed with us at the Doghouse, and what a character he is! Half the time he’s scared of his own shadow, but once he settles in, his happy goofy self shines through.

Benson loves to run, play, and enjoy life at full speed , just wanting to play 24/7! A sweet boy and we loved having him stay with us 🐶

Naughty boy stuff
•Barked at me and tried to grab the treats out my hand
•Tried to drink coffee
•Jumped on the chairs at the Tinsmith
•Barked at my neighbours
•Barked at poor wee Bear the Frenchie walking past minding his own business
•Barked at friends coming into the house
•Stole Dukes tea (again!)
•Jumped behind the couch trying to find the toys I hid from him

Guarding me when other dogs came close
His walk at Tentsmuir beach
His walk at Balgay Park with my cousin and her dog
Napping throughout the day
Listening to commands

Bad boy stuff
Chewed up the kitchen roll
Taking a bite of my crepe when I tried to get a photo
Chomping down some treats from the pick and mix at the pet food store
Licking every treat in the pet food store
Barking at every dog we passed in the car
Barking at everyone walking past my house
Stealing Dukes tea
Puking up Dukes tea then trying to eat it

Doesn't matter that this boy does! We LOVE him 💙
