BREEDER input is hugely relevant to puppy bite inhibition... we need to do this methodically with feedback, proactive handling and gentling, NOT to punish the pup from touching flesh too early.. and breeders or rescues need to educate owners not to play tuggy/fghty games and how to continue early good experiences.
