Hi everyone,

To run a successful business I need to set out some clear & consistent terms and conditions.

With the new financial year commencing I am informing all my customers of the following updated T&Cs

🐶 Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the grooming fee. 24-48 hrs 50% fee, 48+ hrs is free **

🐶 Badly matted dogs will have an extra charge as blades get blunt and need sent away for sharpening sooner. This shouldn't be a problem if we stick to agreed schedules.

🐶 Fleas are a nightmare! I don't want them in my van. If discovered whilst grooming your dog may be given back unfinished. The van / equipment will need cleaned/ fumigated before another dog can enter, meaning a loss of earnings.( I do offer a flea shampoo so please discuss). Extra charges will be added accordingly.

🐶 Aggressive dogs I need to be aware of so I can groom them safely.

** In exceptional circumstances fees won't apply, I understand some things are beyond our control.

Being mobile brings extra challenges ie road works, parking restrictions, if you are aware of these things taking place in your area please keep me informed.
