Well, my official training has started! I've a very long road ahead (!!) but I will get through it! 😬
At 49 years old, with the speed and grace of a tired Labrador on laminate flooring, I’ve somehow signed up to run the Great North Run. 🏃♀️😂
I’ll be dragging my aching knees, questionable lungs, and middle-aged determination all the way to the finish line in support of Bowel Cancer UK — because my dad is now a proud 5-year bowel cancer survivor and that deserves celebrating properly. ❤️

Hi everyone! 👋 In 2020, my dad was diagnosed with bowel cancer. It was a really difficult time for all of our family as you can imagine. He had surgery soon after to remove part of his bowel, and tha
