A little goodbye
After thinking long and hard about it, I’ve made the difficult decision to close Katie’s Kanines Dog Training.
This is something I’ve been considering for a while, and since having my baby, I’ve found it much harder to keep up with everything in the way I used to. I’ve always taken a lot of pride in replying to messages properly, taking the time to give detailed advice and helping wherever I could, even when someone wasn’t booking a session.
Unfortunately, over time, I found that I was putting a huge amount of time and energy into messages and advice, only for people to disappear without replying. I never wanted to make people feel like they had to book a session just to be able to have a chat or ask for some advice, and I never will. Helping people and their dogs has always been something I genuinely loved doing, but eventually it became too much for me.
Maybe one day I’ll come back as a dog walker again, who knows!
For now, I just want to say a massive thank you to every single client I’ve had over the years. None of this would ever have been possible without you, and I’m genuinely so grateful that you trusted me with your dogs.
I will miss the dogs more than anything. I’ve met so many amazing dogs over the years, watched them grow, overcome challenges and become happier and more confident, and getting to be a small part of that has been incredibly special.

I’ll keep this page active for a little while so hopefully this reaches as many people as possible, but eventually the page will be removed.
