💙🐾 SPECIAL APPEAL – COULD YOU GIVE BERTIE THE RETIREMENT HOME HE DESERVES? 🐾💙

We are looking for a very special long-term foster home for our gorgeous Bertie🐱💙

Bertie is approximately 13 years old and was found living as a stray. We don't know what his life was like before coming into our care, but we do know that this gentle boy deserves to spend his retirement surrounded by warmth, comfort and love, not in a cattery pod 🥺💙

Following veterinary checks, Bertie was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, which is well managed with medication. The good news is that Bertie is an absolute foodie and happily takes his medication mixed into his meals 😻

Bertie also has a degenerative eye condition, meaning his eyesight is gradually declining. But cats are incredibly adaptable, and despite this, Bertie continues to be the sweet, gentle and loving boy we have come to adore 💙🐾

What Bertie really needs now is a quiet, safe home with no other pets, where he can relax, feel loved and enjoy his golden years 🏡❤️

Everything you need to care for Bertie will be provided:

💗 Full support and advice
🐾 All medication and veterinary care costs
🍽️ Food
🛏️ Bedding
🎾 Enrichment and everything he needs to be happy

All Bertie needs from you is a safe home, patience, kindness and lots of love ❤️

He has so much love left to give 🐾❤️

🙏 Could you be Bertie's special person and give this wonderful boy the retirement he deserves?

If you think you could offer Bertie a long-term foster home, please complete our foster application form today:

And if you can't foster, please share Bertie's appeal. His special person could be out there, and one share might be all it takes to help us find them 🙏💙🐾

Peanut enjoys helping with admin tasks.... Diaries and laptops are the ultimate in good cat bed design....

It's a challenge keeping all the animals cool enough here at the moment, however I think they are all looking a lot less hot than I am 🥵 so it must be working.
Yesterday's storm was very refreshing!

Brand new pet carrier for sale. Suitable for small to medium cat or rabbit.
£9 - money to go to charity caring for cats.

Technically speaking - it is no distance at all to go and stock up..... However, it is a bit "drizzly". I have checked the weather report and may need to wait here until Saturday.....

Fletcher is still here looking for a home of his own. Playful, affectionate and FULL of energy.
Home check and adoption fee would apply.

Now it is Fletcher's turn to find a new home 😊
He is a young neutered male tabby who loves to play once he knows you. Not much is known about his background but he would love a safe garden to explore and use up some of his energy.
I am looking after him for a charity whilst he waits for a place to call home.
Home check and adoption fee would apply.

Gorgeous Jack is staying here whilst a charity try and find him a new home. He is shy at first but once he trusts you he wants to be noticed! He is about 18 months old, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. His owners moved house and left him behind in the empty property 😿.
He is looking for a calm home with access to a safe garden away from busy roads - he can probably live with another cat subject to gradual introductions as he has lived with other cats before.
