Who is ready??

Folkestone Trawler Weekend is THIS weekend, and we are super excited!

We have lots going on, from wonderful stalls, tasty vendors, live music, Trawler fun, raft race and paddle race!

The weather is currently holding steady and looking to be a beautiful weekend. So please remember to bring your sun lotion and hats, and stay hydrated.

We will be supported by the wonderful Folkestone Rescue, who will be providing first aid and a lost children point should you become unwell or lose a child.

All times are APPROXIMATE, and the races may begin earlier or later than originally planned. We will try to be as close to the timings as possible, but to prevent any disappointment, come on down each day nice and early from 10am.

See you all on the Quay very, very soon!

Are wondering what you are going to be doing with the kids this summer holidays?

In case you've missed it the Dover Small Business Club are hosting a family fun festival on saturday 25th july 11am to 5pm.

There's going to be an inflatable theme park, loads of free activities for the kids, the Rotary club, we've got small businesses and local traders coming: gifts, household services, ceramics, pottery, natural dog treats and more! Not forgetting henna and face painting, ice cream, popcorn, candy floss, everything you need to have a fantastic day out!!

We've got an amazing music/entertainment lineup: singers, performances and a 6 piece classic rock band!!

We held a "Guess the weight of (£100) dog treat hamper" at The Kent County Show. Meet Rugar and one of his pawrents; the winner of the competition!! 🥳

Rugar's pawrents were delighted to win and said, ".. you are a magician with those dog chews! Why have I not tried them before? It's made a massive difference to his behaviour and although not perfect, cos he never will be, he's definitely a lot more settled 😉 so glad we won the hamper as its a perspective 3 months of peace 😂"
